Deep golden with a light tan head
Aroma
Fresh orange, floral, pineapple and peach
Taste
Orange, tropical, dank, fresh green hops. A nice malt backbone leading to a crisp, clean finish
Palate
Medium-body with moderate bitterness and very refreshing overall
Overall
Ripper is Stone’s “San Diego Pale Ale.” Hop-driven from two key hops: citrus and pine from the wonderful and classic American Cascade, paired perfectly with the bright fruit and dankness of Australian Galaxy. With moderate bitterness and just enough malt backbone to elevate the hops, this Pale Ale is super-refreshing.
